Just in case you’re not on our mailing list (and please let us know if you want to be), announcing our next public brew day (TOMORROW!):
Join us for our next public brew day on Sunday, July 15th in St Louis Park with action starting around 10am and going until 3-4pm. If the heat wave keeps up til then, it will definitely be our most ironic “subzero” brew day ever (real irony, not that Alanis Morissette stuff). In that spirit, and in order to take advantage of what might be the last brew opportunity for a summer beer, we will be doing a very confusing one called Extra Medium White Pale Ale. This will be a non-traditional take on the Belgian Wit style of beer, usually featuring wheat, orange peel, coriander, and a spicy Belgian yeast. This one will be softer and smoother, with delicate yeast and orange blossom honey notes, with lighter hopping using varieties suggesting orange/tangerine/mandarin. This one is for the ladies. Or dudes trying to impress the ladies. You know who you are.
Come join us and bring something for the grill if you like, or some summery beer to share. As usual, there should be plenty of SZ Beer to sample and/or take with you. Assuming the weather is hot, should be plenty of kid-friendly activities, as well. Hope you can make it!
